How to use:

Bath Tea: Fill the reusable tea bag with the desired amount of Herbal Bath Tea and pull the drawstring closed. Place the tea bag in a warm bath and allow it to steep as the tub fills, releasing the botanicals and their natural aromas. Gently squeeze the tea bag occasionally to help infuse the water.

Soak, relax, and enjoy your botanical bath. After use, empty the tea bag, rinse if needed, and allow it to dry for future use.

Facial Steam: Add 1–2 tablespoons of the herbal blend to a bowl of hot water. Lean your face over the bowl at a comfortable distance and drape a towel over your head and the bowl to help trap the steam. Allow the warm, aromatic steam to surround your face for several minutes while breathing deeply and relaxing.
