Ordering & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. During holidays or large update drops, processing time may be slightly longer.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $75. Orders under that amount ship for a flat $5 rate.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or contact us and we will resend it.

Do you make custom products or scents?

Occasionally, depending on the request.
You can use our Product Inquiries page to send us the details and we will be happy to discuss the possibility. Some of our most common custom orders are for wedding and baby shower favors

Do you take bulk orders?

Yes, in most cases. You can use our Product Inquiries page to send us the details of what you're looking for, and we will get back to you to discuss availability and pricing.

 

Products & Ingredients

Are your products really natural and non-toxic?

Yes. Everything is formulated with sensitive skin in mind.
Because we use gentle, natural ingredients, many people with easily irritated skin find our products very soothing.
However, everyone’s skin is unique, so we always recommend patch-testing new products and discontinuing use if any irritation occurs.

Do you use essential oils or fragrance oils?

It depends on the product.
Some items are scented with pure essential oils, some with phthalate-free fragrance oils, and some are unscented.
Each product page lists the ingredients for that product or variation.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind, and many people with easily irritated skin are surprised by how gentle they feel. That said, every person’s skin is different, so always patch-test new products and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Are your soaps made from scratch?

Our soap bars are handcrafted using gentle, non-toxic melt and pour bases that we enrich with botanicals, extracts, oils, clays, and other skin-loving ingredients.

We choose carefully sourced bases because they are mild, moisturizing, and free of the harsh detergents found in many commercial soaps.

Everyone’s skin is different, but many people find our bars far less drying or irritating than detergent-based soaps or some cold-process bars.

Do your products contain preservatives?

Only products that contain water, such as facial creams, body creams, and our sugar scrub (which often comes into contact with water) contain a gentle, skin-safe preservative.
This keeps them free from mold and bacteria.
No parabens. No phenoxyethanol.

Are your products vegan?

Many are.
Non-vegan items are those containing honey, beeswax, bee pollen, buttermilk, or goat milk. Each product page specifies ingredients clearly.

Why do some products vary in color/scent/texture?

Because we use natural botanicals, oils, and clays, slight variations in color, texture, or scent are normal between batches. This does not affect product quality.

What if I’m allergic to something?

All ingredients are listed on every product page. If you have allergies, read the list carefully, avoid anything you react to, and patch-test a small amount before using any products on a larger area.

Although we are careful with our workspace and tools, cross-contamination of allergens is possible since all products are made in the same location.

Are your products safe for children?

Yes. Our products are made with gentle, natural ingredients and many parents prefer them over commercial kids’ products that often contain harsh detergents and synthetic chemicals. We recommend starting with unscented or lightly scented items, since children can be more sensitive to strong fragrances. Every child’s skin is different, so patch-test first and avoid known allergens.

Are your products safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Our products use gentle, natural ingredients, but we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider, especially with essential oils, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Do your products expire? How long is the shelf life?

Most products last 12–18 months when stored properly.
Products containing water have a shorter shelf life once opened (typically 6–12 months).

 

Usage Questions

How long do your soaps last?

On average, our bar soaps last 3–4 weeks with regular use.
Keeping them dry between uses helps them last much longer. We also offer soap lifts and dishes in our Accessories collection to help extend the life of your bars.

How should I store my products?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their natural ingredients.

How much body cream, body oil, beard oil, beard butter, or beard balm should I use?

A little goes a long way. Start with a small amount and add more if needed.

Can I use the body creams on my face?

They are formulated for the body, but some people do use them on the face.

If you have very sensitive or acne-prone skin, stick to the facial moisturizers.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Because everything is handcrafted, returns are generally not accepted.
However, if something arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please reach out. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

My package arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your package arrives damaged, please email us a photo at info@cloverbodyandbath.com within 48 hours and we will take care of it right away.
